Snows Volvo Basingstoke

My experience at Snows Volvo Basingstoke was memorable because it was quick, efficient and the car was of high specification even though it was ex-stock. I also was able to pick the car up after only a few days.

Snows Volvo Basingstoke were great because they have a good service, very knowledgeable and was able to explain my queries well. The only thing that i was a bit disappointed about was that I haven't given much choices of cars available from their website. I could have chosen a bit better if i was given more options about car specs and different models of XC60s. At the time of my purchase, there was only 1 car available to test drive and because i needed to change my car sooner, i just bought what was available then. Later on the week, i was browsing their website and found out that there were more better specs/models at their other branches,ie Winchester. I could have bought that sport range. However, the car i got now (SE lux nav d5 auto) is still very good and im happy with it. It drives well, and looks really posh. So yeah,apart from that, my overall experience was satisfactory and so i will recommend snows volvo to my friends.

The experience at Snows Volvo Basingstoke was great because We got a motorbility car and Steve was our sales person. Found him to be knowledgeable and he seemed to have all the time in the world for us. Would highly recommend. No negatives at all!
